Getting Started

Regardless of a person’s past athletic experience or current level of fitness, everyone who first comes to Royal Palm Beach CrossFit is provided with the opportunity to learn about basic techniques, terminology, pre-workout warm ups and exercises before participating in regular Royal Palm Beach CrossFit classes. These are our On-Ramp classes. Taught by head trainer, Christine Palmer, these classes are for first-timers only and meet three times a week, for two consecutive weeks, at a cost of $150.00.

On-Ramp classes are kept to very small sizes to ensure one-on-one attention. As you work through the six consecutive sessions you and your fellow newcomers will learn about the correct form for basic, functional CrossFit movements, and slowly work up to increase your level of intensity. On-Ramp is the perfect place to ask questions and make some new friends before transitioning into our regular classes.
